About Rapid Vinyl

Rapid Vinyl started in 2012 as a small hobby creating custom vinyl projects for friends, family, and neighbors. Through word-of-mouth referrals and a commitment to quality, that hobby grew into a family-owned business serving customers across the United States.

Today, Rapid Vinyl operates from two locations: the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and Tampa, Florida. This dual-location approach allows us to serve customers nationwide while providing fast production and shipping times.

Our Team

Our team combines backgrounds in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Printing, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, and Manufacturing. That diverse experience gives us a unique understanding of vinyl decal design, production, and quality control, helping us deliver products that look great and last.

What We Do

We proudly manufacture our products in the USA and strive to ship most orders within one business day. Whether you need custom vinyl lettering, boat registration numbers, vehicle decals, business graphics, window lettering, or signage, our goal is simple: provide exceptional quality, affordable pricing, and outstanding customer service.
